What about the horrible job application system?

the guy in charge of this game mode is Santiago Jarmillo, as shown in the video.

https://twitter.com/santiagoj83

Tweet him at the above about career mode. Ask if the career mode fxed YA. Ask if you can disable firings. This is the guy to ask and complain to... its his responsibility.

So, will all of the non user-controlled teams do some sort of player training? Cuz otherwise that seems like a pretty significantly advantage for the user.

Man, Fifa is really falling behind in the Manager Mode department, really underwhelming and very minor changes!, makes me really appreciate the NBA2k crew so much!...

Basically everything is the same as last year except you can train your players!.

What about the players you don't train, are they still going to progress naturally, or?

Re: FIFA 16 Video - Career Mode Innovations

Pretty frustrating. EA's MVP baseball 2005 had 2 levels of fully playable minor leagues (AA and AAA). That's over 10 years and 2 console generations ago. It was certainly flawed (player progression was weird in that game) but it worked.

I get that its a lot tougher to set up a similar system for all the soccer teams in the world, (there's obviously hundreds of them) but I can't imagine there are hardware limitations preventing this. Seems like having a playable schedule for your "reserve" and "youth" teams wouldn't be all that difficult.

But yeah, they're clearly spending all their time with Ultimate Team, since that's where the after-purchase $$$$ is at. Too bad.

I've tweeted literally everyone on Twitter that I've found working with FIFA about the winter gear bug and haven't heard a peep from any of them. So frustrating.

If FIFA 16 Career Mode was open source, I am pretty sure the community would have done a way way better job than EA employees. I am serious.
