Are the new Savage and Steamboat characters just alternate attires of the versions already in the game?

Each person is their own separate character from the normal roster, not alternate attires. Their ratings are higher overall.

That's kind of a drag, but I guess it's easy enough to add alternate attires using the previous versions. It's nice to have multiple attires consolidated into 1 character when you're running a Universe.
