Problem with starters not coming back in

Sorry if this has already been posted elsewhere. But I have been having a ton of trouble with starters not coming back in after a drive or a certain amount of small plays in Franchise. I have made it through many seasons and franchises with many teams, the same problem occurs everytime, either at around Week 6 or at the final weeks on the end of the season. Can't seem to identify what is causing this.

Playing with custom auto-subs from schnaidt and 50 fatigue.

Anyone know what is causing this so consistently and is there a fix for it? Could it be the progressive fatigue? Thanks

How many minute quarters you playing? Probably should reduce fatigue if you increase quarter length. Also maybe check fatigue in game planning prior to starting games.

I've had this happening since the most recent update as well. Guys who aren't injured and among my best players going out and then staying out. In my most recent game, my best WR and my best LB sat out the entire second half mysteriously.

It's fatigue. Look at your sub in/out settings, fatigue slider, and weekly training.

No doubt. But its working very differently than it did before. I started a new franchise after taking about a month off, using the same sliders as I was before, and the results are vastly different now after the last few patches. I never saw this issue before.
