Issue Importing a Draft Class

Hey all,
So we were able to start our franchise back up since the Draft revert issues seem to be resolved, however we are now 4 weeks into our madden franchise and there has never been an option to import a draft class? Has anyone else had this issue or was this how they resolved the draft revert issue? Just wondering if this is a common issue or if there is a fix for it. We have tried transferring or adding commissioners without success.

Have the commish go into prospects and edit the class. Box pops up asking if you want to load in a class or download. Believe thats all there is to it.
