The women's roster looks pretty decent to start. Glad to see Sloane Stephens in there. I would have loved to have seen Sabalenka, Jabeur, Sakkari and a few others. This list doesn't include Serena Williams, might there be a few more legends on the women's side as well? I am PRAYING that the player database is editable.

Yeah, as I mentioned in one of the other threads, it's going to ultimately come down to editable rosters/how mod-able the game is for me to buy it. I desperately want this to be good but the men's roster in particular is just unacceptable for career mode IMO.

only 7 active men is really disappointing...at least give us 11...oh well...DLC players 100% confirmed...

I think we all knew that when 2K said “over 24” players, we would get 25 lol.

I’m looking forward to the DLC additions; although full of celebrities, PGA Tour 2K23 did continue to add golfers well after its initial release.

I think we all knew that when 2K said “over 24” players, we would get 25 lol.

It's looking like Topspin 4.5 from the videos out there--even down to the same exact rapid fist pump after a point from Topspin 4. I'm glad they're not changing much, but I'm worried that they're not changing much.

Same here MJ. PGA Tour 2K23's Season Passes have had some nice clothing and equipment, and I hope Topspin follows suit. Even though some of their new player additions were some head-scratchers (the Peacemaker), at least they added to the roster.

For me the biggest thing will be can we create computer guys for career mode to mirror the pros missing? if yes then its a day one, if no then not sure I want to spend most of my career playing fake guys

Fake guy on ATP Tour with a mo-hawk and fire design on his tank top wearing sunglasses = immersion killer.

Two things would make this a no buy for me:

1) if unable to create players and edit their attributes. Need this to create classic players like Laver, Rosewall, Borg, King, Evert, Newcombe, Budge, etc.

2) if CPU is ike a wall to hit against...if they never make unforced errors, or if those unforced errors are only occasional.

They gave such little care to the game that they have John McEnroe using a Head racquet and Andy Murray doesn't even have a hat, like c'mon 2K 😭
