Same here. I’m going to try a reinstall I guess. I was able to start one right away, simmed a season, went back to menu and couldn’t get back in to start a new one.

Wonder if it has something to do with connecting to the servers in the main menu yet they're down so it's all confused. Maybe if you don't connect to them it would be working.
