I noticed on the player card screen that there are tokens to earn to upgrade players. Can we manually upgrade them or is it automatically done at the end of the season. And how do you earn the tokens?

Automatically done during the season (we have no input and they don’t need to wait til the end of season). This is how season progression is done. They earn tokens by filling their XP bar by playing games (not sure if it also fills when not playing, but it prolly does slowly).Favorite Teams:

College #2: Michigan State Spartans (my alma mater)
College #3: North Carolina Tar Heels
NHL: Detroit Redwings
