Roster Not Loading

When I go into Rosters, I see the most updated roster, however, when I start a Dynasty, I can not get the game to use that roster. I have resaved the roster and loaded before starting Dynasty, still no luck. I deleted all rosters including OFFICAL, and still no luck. Anyone else have issues getting the newest roster in Dynasty or have any suggestions?? Thank you!!

So I can see the most recent roster in my files and that roster loads in Play Now. But when I start a Dynasty, it loads an older roster which isnt even saved in my files. I have logged off my profile and signed back in. I deleted my game data, and still having this issue. Any help? Thank you!

Same boat. I am trying to figure out how to start a dynasty with the updated rosters.

i think when you get to dynasty, it asks you if you want active roster or default. pick the active if that’s the one you have been using.

Unless this has been fixed recently, choosing active or default give the same roster in dynasty as it did on day 1.

This is the option I always get. It asks specifically if you want to use default roster or current roster. I always click current roster but I’ve never really dug into it to see if anything is different from the default. I assume it is. But I always get the option to choose.

Load the roster that you want to use and then go into Dynasty. Select "active roster" and that will load up that one that you want. The way I made sure was to edit some gear and then start a dynasty with that roster and check to make sure the gear had changed.

"Active Roster" doesn't pull in the same ratings that are in the main menu "Manage Players" rosters.

Example using Iowa. QB Resar is a 71 in the main menu. Using the active roster, he is a 60 in dynasty. There are few other players that have the same issue, just using him as a specific example.

I have even tried editing some gear and saving my own file, deleting the official file, reloading my saved version, and then starting a dynasty and getting the wrong ratings in dynasty.

Example using Iowa. QB Resar is a 71 in the main menu. Using the active roster, he is a 60 in dynasty. There are few other players that have the same issue, just using him as a specific example.

Ratings will change once you go into Dynasty depending on gameplans and such. It won't always be the same, but should be fairly close.

i edited a few fake players and saved it then loaded active and they where in there

Interesting. Custom playbook in my main menu profile skewing things maybe since its the same team in a fresh dynasty?

In this case he is a scrambler in a pro style offense.

That matches how Madden does online dynasty as well. They cache or store a "original"/week1 roster that isn't the same as the main menu default roster.
