I’m very aware that this thread is a bit premature, but I would like to see an option created to have players do jersey swaps after each game for personal collection.

I would prefer to not have to go through all of the hoops to do 32 team control just to make real life trades and per selecting team draft picks accordingly each time around.
I mean, I can control one team only and decide wins / losses for every team, so just give us the two more abilities.
Otherwise, yeah, I'd like the run / pass sliders to return or a more in-depth variation of such.(...brought to you by Carl's Jr.)Comment

- Real offensive/defensive coordinators and position coaches.
- Dynamic RB usage by CPU teams (Split work, hot hand, situational,etc)
- Blue Tent, Carts and sideline reporting on injuries
- Organic storylines in franchise mode generated in real-time by user choices/roster movesComment

-Special teams CPU sliders that work in Franchise mode.
-The ability to watch the other side of the ball in Superstar Mode when your player is not playing.
-Having the clock start running after injuries, before the next play, instead of every in-game injury functioning as a Timeout.
-Overhaul of the Sim Engine so franchise stats are more in-line with actual trends in the NFL.
-Continued improvements to Penalties: Bring back facemasks, make it so there is middle ground on Roughing the Passer calls (currently having the slider at 50 gives you no RTP calls, putting it at 51 gives you way too many), make the DPI slider more sensitive. Along the lines of what I quoted here, I agree 100% that this is something that definitely needs an upgrade, if they do implement anything close to TV style presentation though, and if they decide to show cheerleaders like the college game, could they please not look like.....

When bored at times I've nerded out and broken down what I've wanted in certain areas of the game. I know odds are EA won't likely ever add the majority of this stuff into the game, but if they ever did, I'd be over the moon.

A real day by day calendar franchise. Would be a huge upgrade for imo. Allows you to be more involved. Will give more life to a boring bland franchise mode. The more to manage and will make the off-season and draft more exciting.
Updated rosters rules for PS for 16 players especially with 4 veterans players to be added. Standard evaluations for game days. The ability to designate inactive players on game days.
Updated injured reserve rules.Comment

The playbook system was massively overhauled under the hood in M25, moving from a pretty old legacy file format to more standard Frostbite EBX, so I imagine the effects of that migration will become more and more apparent in coming years.
I echo the comments about franchise staffs. The main thing I'd like to see is actually being able to see OCs and DCs in-game. They should feel more real, right now it's more or less just a tile in a menu. And that's a shame because under the hood, franchise save files do store full appearance data for coordinators in the exact same manner as head coaches.
And I'd also like to see a better system to handle coach firings and having interim coaches (sort of ties in with the idea of having position coaches). Right now if you fire a head coach in season, you have to hire a replacement right then, which isn't right.
Finally, keeping with the theme, former players sometimes coming back as coaches would be a cool thing to have. Maybe something like if the player has a leader personality and their ratings indicate they have a strong understanding of the mental side of football, they could have a chance of coming back into the coaching pool. With the unified skeletons starting in M25, they can even use player facescans on coaches without much trouble.Comment
