Icon1 Spoiler - Jack English Draft Guide

Alright everyone I finally got this done and here are my results....... oh but first i should let you know every number next to these guy's are their potential rating, also if you see a collage next to their name then that means that their probably not gonna have the same name on your game because they did have some of the guy's name's randomly generated but they will always come from the collage so you can just go by that on some of the guy's, well first i'll show you my team philosophy's as that's what most guy's potential are based off of.

QB:Field General

RB: Moves RB

TE:Playmaker TE

FB:Receiving FB

WR:Speed WR

OL: my whole offensive line uses the zone blocking philosophy

DT: Run Stopper DT

DE:Under Sized Speed rusher

OLB:Run Stopper

MLB:3-4/Tackler MLB

CB:Man Coverage

FS:Centerfielder FS

SS:Run Stopping SS

K:Big foot/Distance

P:Big Foot/Distance

Now that's done so let's look at the bust of the Draft

BUST!!!!
---------
QB - Biff Below, 74 - Just a horrible Qb who goes in the first round for some weird reason and you should NEVER draft him.

QB - Shevin Ward, 76 - Even worse the Below as he goes higher and just flat out terrible.

CB - Rakeem Jordan, 80 - NOT a good conorback that gets taken SOOOOO high and Juran Riley Is Wayyyyyyyyyy better that can be taken later on.

OLB - Devin Mayo, I'll probly be flamed for saying this......... but Devin Mayo is just SOOOOOOOOO injury prone it's not funny, i drafted him before and i'm lucky when he's able to play a full game without getting injured.

Ok now on to the Sleeper's of the Draft

Sleepers.....
--------------

FS - Jade Wilkerson, 91 - A great Safety who goes undrafted EVERY time if you need any help at safety GET HIM!!!!!!

CB - Juran Riley, 95 - Goes late 1st, sometimes slide to the early 2nd round, he's the best cb in the draft and is even better as a safety.

DT - Patrick Lopez, 92 - Awesome DT who can be taken around the 4th or 5th round

QB - Jake Scott, 95 - A fifth round pick that's way better then kelly james because not only does he go wayyyyyyyyy later but is a lot less expenisive as well.

RB - Leron James, 96 - Usually goes around the fifth or 6th round and is Just a beast, If you get a Running Back then you have to get him!!

WR - Jamerion Bellows, 97 - IDK why i'm telling yall this because everybody know's this guy is pretty much the best WR in the game who goes very late.

QB - Charles Savage, 91 - If you weren't able to get Jake scott in the draft then get this guy as a undrafted rookie.

TE - Drew Goldman, 92 - One heck of a tight end who is a great pick up in the 3rd - 4th round.

TE - Jason Crosby, 90 - Another great TE as he goes undrafted and he gets nasty with a good QB throwing to him.

OLB - Jared Powell, 91 - in my opionion the best Lb in the draft because he's durable, gets drafted later then Dexter Knox, and doesn't need a big contract.
-------------------------------------------------------------

Very good guide. Are you going to do this with any other draft classes?

Re: Spoiler - Jack English Draft Guide

mayo may be injury prone, but when I drafted him while he was on the field, damn the boy could play. Got hurt in 5 games his rookie year but won player of the week the other 11 times, over 3 sacks in each of those games and over 40 on the year. just completely crazy. Also double digit tackles each of those 11 games. Also had a few pick 6s and just made plays all over the field.

Re: Spoiler - Jack English Draft Guide

The only Good Redzone Threat is DJ Crosby but he's like the number 1 rated Receiver and goes to high but he does have a 94 potiental If you have the Tall WR philosophy, Also i plan on making a draft guide for every draft class in the Jack English Draft Path, and in this forum i Made the Flash Gordon Draft Guide At the same time as this one, and like i said before devin Mayo Always Got Injured for me and I know He's really good but just so undurable that i just traded him away.

Re: Spoiler - Jack English Draft Guide

Umm...I can't be the only one getting random generated names for the drafts each time you REstart a draft? Not a save to save thing but when you start in year 1 and get on the English Draft Path...only the players that are scripted don't change. Those 'filler' players stats/numbers don't change(and i don't think their colleges do either but not 100% sure) but their names sure do.

That kinda makes the OPs list...kinda...umm, hard to use in any real way.

GREAT effort tho...just awesome.

I certainly HOPE you are right. My memory is terrible and I just can't remember offhand if I have experienced. Obviously the names of major players and sleepers have to remain the same as the nfl network guy actually says them in his draft updates. However, I just do not recall if the lower draft round guys have their names changed. I sure hope they do.

Even though I LOVE the in depth draft analysis of the nfl network, I think it hampers the replayability a bit too much. If ALL names were randomly generated each draft class path line, then it would be harder to recognize which player is a sleeper/bust/sure thing. If anything, I would want to randomize everyone so that each draft class is unique.

Re: Spoiler - Jack English Draft Guide

I wasn't sure about that and that's why i put the collage next to some of the sleeper's name's that could possibly be randomly generated...... my next guide will have just the guy's nfl comparison and their collage as I know that ALWAYS stays the same.
