So they tell us that Franchise is being built from the "ground-up." is that really an excuse to have another letdown for franchise? i dont think so. just hoping you guys at ea dont think you will get leeway because you have new devs for franchise. if there isnt drastic improvement, you wont see much sales. and in a recession, a weak madden can drive you guys bankrupt. and the government sure as heck wont bailout EA. just a FYI

Sorry dude - the game will sell regardless of what improvements are made. It's been selling pretty well so far, and '06 for 360 didn't even have a franchise mode.

ok thats a given, but the way the economy is right now, people are cutting back bigtime...if it isnt a premier game, people will say ehh, maybe next year..

Whats the point of trying to inform people that we should'nt believe EA and what their doing...Just Don't Buy the game and let those who want to get it buy it and if they dont like it boo hoo! if they love it woohoo!

Oh, this will be a good one.

You're going to catch a lot of hell for this, but I can't say I disagree a whole lot. But I do agree with what another poster said about the game selling no matter what.

I'm one of Madden's biggest critics these days and I'll still buy it because I'm a sap, I guess.
