Anyone Playing A Reds Franchise?

Is there anyone that is playing franchise mode with the Reds? I finally decided to start one with them, i live in Florida, so im a Rays fan since '98, but i love Cinci. I am currently 5-1, playing every game. I have already had 3 wins in the bottom of the 9th, and im having a blast.

Has anyone thats playing one made any trades? I noticed that the starting roation is all righties, and i seem to have trouble with Arroyo. I gave up 10 hits and only 1 run, but mostly because of good/timely defensive plays. Any suggestions on the rotation?
