What screen do you set your base defense in for recruiting?

I'd like to switch from the 4-3 to the 3-4 but can't seem to find where to do that in the options so far this year. Can anyone lend a hand?

2 places you can change it, under recruiting > recruiting strategy, and under Team Management > Sim Strategy.

Thank you very much. For some reason I thought it would be in coaching options so I never checked either of those places.
