Don't ask me How, but I have an official copy of each version of Windows 7, and I installed it on my Wife laptop saturday and I think it's great, she had Vista home premium on her laptop before installing 7 professional, and it runs 100x faster then Vista and 7 is just so user friendly. I really like.

Been using it for months at work and at home (MSDN subscription). It's not bad...

What's REALLY cool is how it interacts with Server 2008 and some of the additional functionality. Otherwise, it's just another OS to me.

Another OS, of course, but when compared to Vista, it's flat out better.

Sure, but I think we all knew when Vista came out that is was bloated crap. It reminded me of Windows ME all over again.

I got Vista on my laptop, is it worth it to spend the few hundred dollars to upgrade?

I agree, I've been running all the Beta's and RC's and I just installed the RTM on my desktop last week.
Win 7 is much faster in terms of utilizing my CPU/RAM/GPU when it comes to multitasking/Gaming/Photoshop/etc... I love it, and I won't look back.
