Brewers Line-Up Fixes

I am trying to get peoples thoughts on the new brewers line-up. I believe that its going to be

1 Escabar
2 Weeks (i think he goes here because he wants more chances to show his power with people on base)
3 Braun
4 Fielder
5 McGhee
6 Hart
7 Zaun
8 Gomez
9 Pitcher

Also i think that Casey's batting needs to be improved alittle only because of how high his batting average was. I know its only his first year but i think it needs to go up . How much i dont know thats why i am posting this.

Also Jim edmonds u think he cracks the depth chart to start the season?????

And also Coffey. He needs to be moved up from the minors and also needs to change his attributes alittle so that he is a good set-up man. Now does coffey get the 8th inning or does Hawkins get it over Coffey???

Re: Brewers Line-Up Fixes

Dont everyone comment all at one time now!!!!!!!!

Well they just projected a lineup:

Projected batting order
1. 2B Rickie Weeks:
.272 BA, .340 OBP, 9 HR in 2009
2. SS Alcides Escobar:
.298 BA, 76 R, 42 SB at Triple-A in 2009
3. LF Ryan Braun:
.320 BA, .386 OBP, .551 SLG, 32 HR, 114 RBI in 2009
4. 1B Prince Fielder:
.299 BA, .412 OBP, .602 SLG, 46 HR, 141 RBI in 2009
5. 3B Casey McGehee:
.301 BA, .360 OBP, .499 SLG, 16 HR, 66 RBI in 2009
6. RF Corey Hart:
.260 BA, .335 OBP, .418 SLG, 12 HR, 48 RBI in 2009
7. C Gregg Zaun:
.260 BA, .345 OBP, .416 SLG, 8 HR, 27 RBI in 2009
8. CF Carlos Gomez:
.229 BA, .287 OBP, .337 SLG, 14 SB in 2009
9 Picther

I think that weeks and escobar sould switch. plus now they say that hawkins will be the set-up man for right handed batters and mitch setter will be the set-up man for left handed batters. Where is coffee ?????? come on now. he needs like 90 innings again this year???? what do fans think of this????

Re: Brewers Line-Up Fixes

Depends how effective Hawkins is. If he's effective, I don't see why he shouldn't be a set-up guy. And Stetter is dynamite vs. lefties. Lord knows our rotation is going to be tested, making bullpen depth important.

As for the lineup, I think Escobar is more of the prototypical lead-off guy, but I could see it either way. I honestly wouldn't mind seeing Weeks batted 5th with McGehee batting in the 2 spot.
