Help me out here fellas....

Either I am completely blind or totally wrong but I could have sworn there was an option in RTTS to have your player do batting practise that helps him to actually improve his hitting ratings. Am I wrong in thinking this? If not can someone please point me in the direction of where in the options i can find this as I cannot see it anywhere. Thanks in advance.

I think the option is for BP before the games. What I believe you are thinking about is the training sessions that pop up throughout the season and actually effect your rating, and I don't believe there is an option for that. It just comes up randomly throughout the season.

It isnt randomly, you actually get one training assignment before each homestand, and that is chosen from with hitting and feilding ( if your a hitter) or simulated game and knockout ( if your a pitcher)
