Playbook help

Can someone suggest a good playbook for me? I want to run the option, but not totally out of the flexbone. I'd like to find a playbook with lots of option plays out of the I, single back, and shotgun.

Does one exist? Thanks for the help.

Air Force is right up your alley.

Re: Playbook help

Depending on how much gun you want, take a look at Wake Forest.

It has one Ace (with WR Jet Quick in it), 5 I each of which has at least one triple option and some have triple option reverse or load options in it, it has one Wishbone with some option and it has a bunch of shotgun with some load option and some other fun stuff.

Also look at Utah State, which is similar to Wake Forest, except it sacrifices some of the I formation for one Flexbone and 3 Pistol formations.

Air Force would be an obvious choice for you as well, 4 Flexbone, 5 I form, Maryland I and 5 gun. Everything has option or triple option in it.

I'm not so sure what options there are that would get you more Ace formations, LSU maybe a decent option but I don't know if they have option in their I.

Husker, I'm really loving Nebraska's playbook this year. Their I formation package is great, particularly that tackle over formation.

Re: Playbook help

Nebraska's book has some good Ace formations and the I Tackle Over is a good one, but I don't really like the rest of the book. I don't like how the Shotgun is setup, although the Tight Slots is a nice formation to have.

Re: Playbook help

try the multiple playbook. its got tons of option plays. has one flexbone formation and a wishbone. also has a good selection of shotgun formations with option plays out of all of them. and a few ace forms
