Earning New Promises

Quick question, I just won the national championship in my OD with ECU. I am now in the offseason recruiting phase and I notice that I don't have any new promises unlocked (we disabled dynasty accelerators). Is this another dynasty glitch or do I have to wait for the beginning of the new season. I also won Coach of the Year, but it looks like my Coach Prestige is still a C+...what gives?

you unlock more promises by fullfilling a certain amount of the first ones you offer. It has nothing to do with records.

It was the same last year too. This is why it's good to offer promises that you know you can keep, even if you don't need a promise to sign the guy. By fulfilling the promises, you get more (and sometimes better) promises that you can offer in the future.
