How do you add music in FIFA 11? (PS3)

I've got the music on my flash drive but it doesn't show up in the game.

Does it need to be directly on my playstation?

Yes it does. Copy it to the PS3.

Can I have all of MP3's in a single playlist or do you need a separate list for each club?
