Where you create a player and play with friends on a created team against other people online's created teams?

and you build up your guy that way??

I ask because I didn't know for sure and if it is in then I will have to get it ...

um no! you can play pick-up gms with your created player to build him up but is called EAshl for a reason you have to understand they have been focusing on everything but online features.
