Game Speed settings PS3 vs PC version

Search function isn't working here so apologies in advance if this has already been mentioned.

I've had the PS3 version of PES 2011 for about a month and just purchased the PC version. The PS3 version allows you to adjust game speed ranging from -2 to +2 but the lowest setting on the PC version is 0 (up to +2).

I have the latest patch installed.

    Is this a bug?

    Thx

No bug - for whatever reason Konami left out the -1 and -2 settings from the PC version.

Nope. That's the way it is unfortunately. You can try downloading kitserver, as it has a game speed adjustment but it's not that great, IMO.

Also - pes patch (google it - not sure if I am allowed to link it) has various patches that include slower game speeds. I have yet to use any so cannot speak as to how good they are.

I am amazed at how many patches/tools/option files are available for the PC version. Really makes the game that much more fun IMO. This is my first time with the PC version and love it.
