How Many Of You Play All 162 Games?

Last year was my 1st yr owning a PS3 and my first year playing MLB The Show.

REALLY enjoyed it...but my Franchise ground to a halt around ate July and early August...I just couldnt finsih it off.

I'd like to play multiple seasons but I HATE simming...I like earning al of my stats...but there is no option to play a shorter schedule.

What to do..what to do...

I have tried numerous times but failed each time. I need to come up with a new plan of attack!

I have tried the last 4 years and all have been failures!!!! This year I hope to pull it off once and for all!

I have the last 2 years. I learned from a ex member here(who should still be a member) that if you play one franchise game a day it doesnt get old. I tried that the year before last and it worked. I just follow along with the real season and it works out beautifully.

I have tried as well but usually decide to sim games and make roster moves til the playoffs. I am big on taking mediocre or bad teams and rebuilding them.

In MLB '07 for PS2 I got to 110 games with the Mariners. Most I've ever done in any sports game.

My problem is that I don't like playing with the same team so many times, and with baseball it's the same team you're using against the same team 3-5 times. I get bored and try to space out the games or play them all at once which is what I did in 07. But I think if one plays at least one game and even half of another one and saving the progress one can do it.

my brother and i play full 162, co-op same controller sadly. We do a fantasy draft.
