I have no internet access on my xbox, so I cannot download the latest squad update which was released March 13 or 16th 2011.
Here are the steps do get the roster off your xbox and onto your computer:
1) Setup a USB memory stick on xbox.
2) On xbox go to memory and then game>fifa 11> and copy the squad file over to the usb mem stick.
3) Take the usb and plug it into computer - and then download this program USBXTAFGUI, which you can download from here:http://dwl.xbox-scene.com/xbox360pc/...lease_Gui_.rar
4) open the USBXTAF and open device and navigate to the squad file and extract it to your desktop.
5) Now you can the upload it to a site like mediafire, rapidshare etc..
If you need help I go into more details. I found an older squad update but it was over 5 months old.
