What all can be edited for online use?

Sorry, I've asked this question a lot already and searched for an answer but have not found one.

What is the most that can be edited on a player for the roster to still be used online?

Obviously name, but what about number? Skin tone? Equipment? Hair (dreds)?

Any help would be great. Thanks

Any roster can technically be used online. It's just that anything you change that effects gameplay will be changed back to the vanilla rosters.

So if you make Denard Robinson have dreads (!!!) it should be fine. If you make him 75 speed (for some reason) it will just revert him back to his original ratings.

I'm pretty sure #s, skin tone, equipment, etc all won't revert back - only ratings and positions. But don't hold me to that 100%.

Thanks a lot man. I guess I'll find out. What happens to created players? They disappear?

      Again I appreciate it

FYI - just discovered this answer myself.

I edited names, numbers, heights, weights, and skin tones.

Only names stayed edited. Everything else reverted to the default.

So, if you're editing an online roster, don't bother doing anything but names only.
