How do i set Player Roles? when i go to the player roles screen there are no players or roles listed?

If you do not have players that have roles then they won't be there and regardless you can't choose a players role.

so on ALL create a teams you cant assign player roles?????

You can't assign player roles at all.

The CPU assigns them for you to certain players but they can change.
