Impossible to Attack?

I got on a breakaway, and was sprinting. Then, out of nowhere, from 20+ yards back, some guy comes up behind, beside me and steals the ball. This has happened on more than one occasion. The defender steals the ball 97% of the time. It is just impossible to attack. Any way to make it a bit easier to attack?

lower the cpu marking slider, lower the cpu speed slider or lower the difficulty

or better yet, get better
try to build up plays passing the ball around instead of just sprinting and trying to force your way

Or it's entirely possible he made 100 rushes upfield and noted the CPU stole the ball 97 times. Or not.

As Gonira said, it's all about sliders this year. Tweak man, tweak!
