Is it possible to use all CAT in MM? I want to create a college league, but didn't know if that could be done. If so, how many can you create?

You can definitely replace teams in a league with your own. So you could create teams using creation centre and replace, say, the whole MLS league with them. You'll have to buy the creation centre add on, but it's pretty cheap, a couple of bucks. There is a limit to how many teams you can make on creation centre, but I don't remember off the top of my head. I know you can make more if you buy another add on.

So yes, I think you can do it, it just might cost a couple of bucks.
