Failed to communicate with server

When you try to open your online association, it pops up:

Failed to communicate with server.

This has been going on since last night. The update with the Online association rosters (adding rookies, putting players on certain teams) completely broke the OA.

My question is this:

WTF 2k?

Ronnie2k disappeared on us - yet everyone is asking the same thing.

Don't expect an answer. I emailed 2k tech support. Posted in a thread here by a 2k person who said they could help. I pmed this guy here. I called 2k and got a try this and call back. It didn't work so I called back and was told id have an email responsewithin next 24-48 hours. That was last Tuesday the 12th I believe.

I love 2k and support the heck out if it. But I really don't think they care to help anyone in single cases. Just mass fixes like patches. I've always gotten no responses when emailing them. They are one of the worst companies when it comes to getting help
