Vulcan change

Curious to see what pitchers you guys ave seen with the vulcan change, I was also wondering why this is not an available pitch for create a player?

If I remember correctly, I think Ian Kennedy has it.

Yes I play my franchise with the Mets, Gee still has it.

Is there a reason to why this pitch is not available to be given to any other player or create a player??

I have no clue why it's not available... it's kind of like how the Gyroball was only available for Dice-K and how nobody has the Eephus.

I would assume it has something to do with animations or something, as there must be a good reason they wouldn't let you choose those pitches.

But seriously, no idea, I'd be curious to know as well.
