Well I wouldn't call Ricky below average, but to the point I can't seem to hit Randy Wells of the Cubs. Not sure if he is average or below, but a non-star that I absolutely have no success off of for some reason.

As a Jays fan I take mild offense to you calling Romero "below average" considering that he was better than all of your Red Sox starting rotation last season.
