Ya that button change screwed me up a few times. My roommate and I had a game and I warned him before hand about the button switch and it ended up getting him sacked 4 times

i'm suprised there hasn't been more people complaining about the switch of the 'option pitch' button ... seems like all the little things get blown out of preportion after demo release ...

The biggest problem I have with the button change was that there was absolutely no reason pump fake couldn't be mapped to the RB.

The new option pitch button is LB.

The biggest problem I have with the button change was that there was absolutely no reason pump fake couldn't be mapped to the RB.

I find it easier to hold down LB while using my right hand to hit a receiver button to fake directly to him. Instead of using the same hand for both tasks.

Has there been any word on custom configurations?
Leaving the LT vacant for the 2 most popular game modes seems kind of stupid IMO.

It was changed to make room for the pitch event, which used to be LT. Since Reaction Time is LT the had to move the pitch event somewhere.

Pump fake buttons (L1 plus receiver button) on PS3 is a joke. I want the flick right joystick or or R1 back.

Agree. What is the point of this change? If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

Option pitch kills me even worse. It should be L2 on PS3 with fake pitch as L1.

They did it to make the games uniform as far as control schemes. It sucks they we have to adjust to it on NCAA, but it was a huge pain in the rear to switch between the games and make a mistake because your brain farted and you couldn't remember which control scheme was matching up with the game instinctively.
