Post Routes

Ok, I have played the demo NCAA '13 and I can't figure out how to hot route to a post route. That's my bread n butter audible. Anyone know how to do it?

hmm.. not something you usually want to audible to at the line. Usually a hot call is something quick when you spot something the defense is giving you.

Re: Post Routes

I could be mistaken but if you're talking about the slant out hot route, it was replaced with the whip route. Its a gift and a curse because the slant out was too automatic but the whip route is too easy to cover if a solid defense is called.

He said post route, not slant out. Slant out was taken out because it is not a real route.

Re: Post Routes

Actually in the Tony Franklyn Air Raid Offense, there is a slant out pattern.

It used to be there in 09 for all and in 12 on certain plays (I have done it). I think it will be the same in 13. It would be done by smart routing a slant.

Yea I guess that would work. Never thought of doing it like that. No deep posts though
