Mutliplayer offline dynasty for NCAA 13

Sorry if this question has already been asked before. I searched but did not find any threads on it.

Is it possible to do an offline multiplayer dynasty in NCAA 13?

If it's like Ncaa 12, after you start the dynasty you have to go to one of the coaching options under the coaching tab and one of the options allows you to add a new coach (add a new user). Not 100% sure which one, but check each of them, bottom of the screen should say press X or press Y to add coach or something of that nature.
