Online Leagues, draft fairness

All,

Do you all feel it is fair that teams like the Skins and Saints who don't have or were docked early picks are represented this way in Madden? I mean, I do, but for online leagues it kind of stinks because it puts certain teams at a disadvantage.

Does anyone know if there is any way to turn this off with picks? I'm not looking for work arounds like changing into another teams coach or something. I'm just curious if there is a way to give all teams back their original picks for fairness factor.

Are you going to take RG3 from the Skins too? I mean... you are being fair right?

You can't turn it off and it's not unfair. They have what they have for a reason.

I concur. If anything, it's been unfair the last couple of years where they would've got the result of their traded picks in real life(RG3) AND got to keep their picks on the game.
