Using Roster Updates in online CCM?

Am i missing something? I downloaded the first roster update, but when i go to make a league and it says "roster Update" it is stuck on default, and wont let me change. I go into the league and the stats are the ones straight out of the box. Anyone know if im doing something wrong, or is this another EA glitch?

Im using the Broncos and Peyton Mannings stat is 91 overall. Justin Bannan is like 84 or something. Its definitely different than the update we just downloaded

Players overall changes with schemes.

I didnt change any scheme though. I used John Fox, and kept the Broncos default. Everyones overall stats are different than when i play an offline/regular game.
