What is your RTTS pitcing repertoire?

I was curious to what you guys are using for your pitching repertoire in RTTS. Right now here is my set up

Running Fastball
Circle Change
2seam Fastball
12-6 Curve

I am going to add a fifth pitch but I am not sure what to go with but I am leaning towards a slider. Also what pitching motion are you guys using?

Re: What is your RTTS pitcing repertoire?

Mine is as follows and I love it!

4-seam (occasionally touches 100 mph)
Circle change
Slider
Knuckle curve (just added shouts starts ago but love it)

This is the first time ever I'm completely satisfied with my pitches, I actually am not even worried about adding a 5th pitch.

I'm using a generic windup I think it's in the 30's not sure right now will have to get back to you on that.

Just finished my 9th start in AA, a complete game shutout that finally brought my era under 4. Have a 4-2 record with 68K's using TNK's sliders. With the points from the last game my overall reached an even 70. I haven't really dominated as much as the numbers say, it's just I've completely dominated this one team (again will have to get back to you on who) I threw CG shutout with 12K's against them for my second win, followed by a game where I gave up 8 runs and got my 2nd loss. Then facing the team I shutout I has just shutout in my next start I threw a CG shutout with 13K's.

So in two starts against that one team I threw 18 consecutive shutout innings with 25K's! Thought it was cool how that happened.

Also to answer your last question you should definitely add the slider, it is the ultimate chase pitch on this game IMO. Granted I use it sparingly (15 times on average, 20-25 times when I'm feeling it) but I even have success with it with low confidence, as I pretty much use it as a chase pitch locating isn't as important. However when you are on and locating with it the options are endless, you can get them to chase it, backdoor it, front door it, really anything you want!

Re: What is your RTTS pitcing repertoire?

1. 4-seam (95-100 MPH)
2. 2-seam (93-95 MPH)
3. Straight Change (85-90 MPH)
4. 12-6 Curve (75-80 MPH)
5. Slider (80-85 MPH)

As for pitching motion I tend to use Brandon Beachy's, partially because I'm a big fan of his, but mainly because it's a pretty smooth delivery. I think a slider would finish off your repertoire quite nicely.

4-seam fastball
2-seam fastball
slider
circle change
splitter

Generic #102 (Tom Seaver)

A slider will compliment your 2-seam as they are roughly the same velocity, but break in the opposite direction, so I agree with what you are considering.

Re: What is your RTTS pitcing repertoire?

4-seam
Running fastball
change-up
12-6 curve
slider

set up lefties for the slider, run the running fastball in on a righties hands. I get a ton of groundball outs.
