NCAA 14: Whats that P stand for?

Anyone know what that big blue "P" is that appears above a DL's head when you run an option play? Is there an appropriate reaction to it is it means something?

R is read, P is pitch for option plays.

I think it's "pitch" - it's the defender to watch to see whether he commits to your QB or HB. If you run the drills, you can see how it works.
