Gold helmets are still brown at night. Or Notre Dame got an alternate brown helmet.
For the life of me, I don't understand how the graphics folks can't get this right. Under the lights, the golds and silvers become MORE BRILLIANT, not darker.
Great and informative review. Well-delivered. Though, a lack of focus on modes is disappointing and, I think, leaves something to be desired.
Still, top-class delivery and the things that WERE talked about were done very well
Appreciate it bro. I didn't go too into modes because Ultimate Team wasn't playable in the pre-release version and RTG was basically untouched. I know Dynasty has had minor improvements but I kind of assumed most had seen other reviews that detail the small changes.

Totally understandable, though I would respectfully state that if you took it the distance with commentary on modes like other outlets, your review would be the best one out there-- better than other sources, easily-- due to the knowing delivery, individual ratings of game experience and so on... Really great stuff, would just love to see it go the distance, and in the process, successfully nuke the competition.

Awesome review! Seems like in this year's game you actually have to put some thought on the defensive side of the ball to stop the offense...at least thats what I found in the demo.
If you're playing a running QB - best QB contain and user that MLB!
Good work! I agree you presented a fair review, that did a good job of covering the main gameplay elements within the 6 minute review timeframe.
I concur with your assessment/take on the new menu layout. Although I don't find the look of the new menu's to be offputting at all, but I have found the tiles are more cumbersome to navigate through. I don't require beautifully presented menu's. In the end, I want them to be efficient, and quickly get me to the ones that I use most often (Settings->sliders, 'cause they are accessed so often early on making adjustments) & (strategy->formation subs and depth chart)
I suggest you consider following up with a "Part 2 - Finer Points" type of review to cover the significant new additions of Coach skills & trees, and revamped/overhauled Recruiting system.
edit: I forgot to mention that I think your scores shown at the end of '12 & '13 hit the mark as well
