Penalties Overhaul: I started off with 100 on everything then played an entire season including some different games on other team schedules just to test some theories. I think this is the best it is going to get but make note.
If you use a scrambling QB do not use him as a primary passer, he is meant to be used in the option or you will be sacked all the time because he will take off all the time no matter how high you adjust the Intentional Grounding slider.
I have had alot of fun with this set and I think I'm going to enjoy the game now. I will be making periodical checks to see if an issue arose but overall I think these are genuine.
And of course if I notice something out of whack I'll tune and update you all accordingly.

Sacks are now manageable and I think overall it just plays better.

EA jacked up the simmed stats this year for the CPU games you do not play. You will always have the best tacklers in the NCAA and one of the top rush defenses in the country.

Rush blocking is still too powerful, I don't want to but I may have to dumb down the running back ability or maybe the speed thresh..

Rb ability at 50 is good 45 would still be fine. These sliders look great gonna plug them in tonight

Had a good game I would post the full stat but I only played the OC so the full stat won't reflect. The highlights will though:

Utep (77 OVR) Vs South Alabama (70 OVR)

Score: 28 - 21

South Alabama had 35 rushes for 99 yards total (3 sacks against)
Passing 16-31 332 yds 2 tds 2 int (My QB is a 68 OVR backup and his main plays were 2 breakaway play actions set up perfectly one for 37 yds and another for 50)

My RB stats: 30 Att with 128 yds and a 4.2 avg, I still think he had too good of a game for a 76 OVR player, I did like how his performance seemed to suffer due to fatigue in the 2nd and 4th qtrs. He only broke 1 tackle and this was after I brought RBA to 45. His longest carry was 10 yds.

Utep Offense was super simmed.

Haven't tried these.. I think I've got a decent cpu v cpu set...but I'd be a bit concerned with 300+ passing yds on only 16 completions. Everything else at a glance looks pretty good

Yeah, I had a problem with being very successful on play action..pretty sure I remedied that though.
