Is there a way to adjust the level that you gain Coach experience once you begin a Dynasty? I looked through some of the settings, but even in the off season I couldn't see a way to adjust it. I've currently got it set to Normal and after 4 seasons I'm looking to raise it a bit.

You can only set it at the start of your dynasty... sorry man
