The logic of kicking off first.

Am I'm the only one that likes getting the ball first after winning the coin toss? Seems like my opp like to play defense first.

I like to be in the lead first, after scoring on my first drive, if i create a turnover on my opp first possession, i feel like the game is over cause of my conservative play style.

I usually like to Kick off if I win the toss. It's a safety net if I'm down late.

My defense is too bad to receive first. Feel like if i'm down at half and they get ball the game is already out of reach lol

I hate receiving to start the game. I'd rather kick off, that way in the event of a close game at the half, I start the second half with the ball and can score to either keep it close or get some breathing room (though it's really only a factor for me in RTG since I don't play online).

Everytime I win a toss I always receive first becuz I want the ball so I can get into a playcalling rhythm. The only time I win a toss and don't receive is in a neutral site game. I like to defend my endzone with my team's name first it's just a psychological thing.

I usually kick off first. Since deferring is not an option in the game, this sort of best simulates it.

I like kicking off first because it opens up your options at the end of the second quarter. You can gameplan without feeling like you're up against the clock, since you're getting the ball back after halftime. Besides, I normally play ball control, so I prefer for my defense to set the tone.

OT is the only time when that could be a bad strategy
