3-4 Aggressiveness?

So I switched from a Cover-2 Defense to a 3-4. What aggressiveness should I do for my Coach so I can get a decent amount of sacks from my OLBs? Thanks.

Using the Colts default playbook I managed to get 25 sacks in one year with Mathis.

is the colts def playbook based off a 3-4? hmm, please confirm i may have to try this

THe Colts switched to the 3-4 when they hired Pagano.

But as far as I could tell, there is not much variation in defensive playbooks

It still has a lot of 4 man fronts in it, but that's ok as both OLBs are former 4-3 DEs (Werner/Matthis)
