It is for COD at least. Not sure about Madden or other games.

I'm getting a PS4...but I don't think Madden on both will be different.

Fifa is 1080p 60fps on both the PS4 & XB1....so I'm presuming the same for Madden.

it is easier to get 1080p on sports games. But Fifa is EA Canada's work, and Madden is developed by EA Tiburon....so you never know.

I think mainly story based/action/RPG/etc types of games will show a difference in resolution.
