Yes. At least two. Not sure about more.

Can someone confirm this? The only thing I've found regarding local co-op is the "CoachGlass" functionality for Xbox One via the SmartGlass tablet apps.

I now have 3 controllers, went into my CFM owner and was able to move all three controllers to my team. I will update more after this weekend when I actually play with 3 people couch coop

Excellent, it really sucked when co-op was left out of '06 & '07 on the 360/PS3, so I'm pleased to hear that co-op Franchise has made it to next gen.

Can you coop online? Playing for the same team.

I don't know about online as we didn't try that.

However we were able to play 3 people couch co-op on the same team in a CFM owner mode.

It was great as we were able to read and create blocking lanes for running plays really effectively, as well as help with receivers breaking free to help a scrambling qb.
