I purchased some VC with the 10$ credit from PSN but It does not show up on mycareer mode only on myplayer screen on the main menu. Is there a way to use it to upgrade my player in the game?

You have to start a new my career, then your vc will be on the new game. It sucks but i hope 2K can add a patch or something for it.
