Justin Wilcox's defensive scheme

Does anyone have know what type of scheme he ran at Washington? I know he runs a 3-4/4-3 hybrid, but I'm curious to know what type of pressures he likes to bring, and what coverages he likes to run.

He runs multiple stuff. In other words, whatever fits his talent. He did that at Washington also.
