Roadman's All-Pro Sim Sliders

These sliders are for LG Madden 15.

Ok, I haven't made the upgrade to NG, yet, but, I feel with some good sliders, this game plays a good game of NFL football.

Credit goes to JoshC1977 for the game play/penalty/penalty sliders. They aren't an exact carbon copy, but pretty darn close. Thank you, Josh. I used sliders pretty close to his last year and I started out this year trying something similar. Also, thank you to Aholbert 32 for his sub sliders. Yes, I did peek over at NG for suggestions as I see the same issues creep in.

Credit and props goes to SwaggerCoach, Bzito, JoshC, Oreian(sp?) on the NG side of the forum. Much appreaciation to their time and efforts. LG and NG had the same issues, Robo CPU QB and too many sacks. These sliders help reduce those results, to me, these sliders feel like an NFL game.

Lots of credit goes to Swaggercoach. I noticed something that Swagger noticed, I had CPU QBA at 40, he increased his to 60 and finally settled at 50. A lot of slider makers were lowering QB Acc to 10 or below, and I felt and I think Swagger felt the same way, QB Acc so low, the QB won't go down field with the ball, also Robo CPU QB still ruled it's ugly head. Someone on the NG side of sliders noticed if you increased pass coverage and lowered pass reaction, you won't have that CB going at warp speed towards the WR. Also, people noticed the closer to 50 that speed threshold is, the less sacks you will notice.

DPI is aggressive at 75 to play tighter coverage and OPI is less aggressive to see those sideline catches trigger more. The new sub in/sub out settings will put your back up HB in the game once your starting RB becomes tired, about 4 carries in a row.

I can confidently state that I will be starting my CFM. I'll keep the originals up for those that want to use those.

Happy NFL football gaming!

Here we go.

Version 2.0 Final Version, That's a wrap.

Penalty sliders? Or just default penalties?

Thanks, good catch, updating now.

These are being tested in Play Now.

Just had another great game. Packers vs Seahawks.

Seahawks won 31 to 21.

Rodgers was at 66% and Wilson 72%. Wilson hit Zach Miller 9 times for over 100 yds. Wilson went deep once with Miller, probably about 30yds.

Lynch didn't have many yds, but Turner the backup had a long TD run.

Rodgers was intercepted twice, once by Sherman. I never went back towards Sherman again, lol. Seemed to have success running the ball vs Seahawks with 4 WR's in shotgun.

Once the new rosters come out, I'll start my franchise.

Thoughts are I think overall the game played great and loving the fluid ness and animations. I played as the Falcons both teams were random generated and I chose the home team. Couple things that I remember from the game are

1.) every run I ran there was at least 1 defender waiting on me at or before the line of scrimmage reason why I had poor yardage with a lot of attempts.
2.) with my sack total I did notice that once I broke thru the line or got past the lineman for QB Pressure the QB did hurry some throws creating some inaccurate and awful throws one resulting in an int. so that is a good point. However, still need to do more testing on this because the falcons line is very sketchy and they shouldn't be getting that many sacks maybe 2 were coverage sacks.
3.) no deep throws unless you count the last second hailmary before half time. Furthest throw was about 15-20yds.
4.) but I do like the hardness to run the ball so far I remember last year I could get 250+ about every game, but with that being said I still would like to see some running lanes without having to shake hands with an opposing player when I get the handoff. It is only one game for me though so maybe the next game I play will have different results though,

So far so good Roadman! Will definitely keep testing and giving you updates. Don't have many complaints and I'm sure this is something we can get a little better.

I agree the sack total is high on that game, hopefully it was a one game sample size. Also, I do like Fitzpatrick's completion percentage.

Also, I like the low scoring game as well.

If you need to raise RBA or RBlkg by 5, try that.

Total yds and total passing yds look good.

Just a thought, but the Texan might have a good DL with Watt and Clowney.

Roadman, do you play no-switch and don't user catch?

Re: Roadman's All-Pro Sim Sliders

No, I do switch defense sometimes. I did in the past use the no switch rule, but I'm trying to adjust to this years game. For user catch, I don't switch unless I throw a long bomb.
