When does EA start with the 2 packs a week for 25 weeks deal? Is it not right away?

where you get your daily bonus, at the bottom of it, you can choose other bonuses or something like this, it is there

There is also an "Unopened Pack" menu in the collection menu. It seems a little backward if you're used to going to the marketplace in previous years.
