Thing that are still missing in Madden 15

I have to start by saying that I love this years Madden! There are a few things that I wish were, "In The Game".

-I would like to see the arm sleeves that are popular in the NFL. I do not mean the long sleeve undershirt, I'm talking about the basketball style sleeve that has the elbow pad.

-The mouth guard that almost everyone wears in the NFL. This was in on the Xbox and PS2 but was left out for the Xbox 360 and PS3. We need this back!

-I would like a short yardage depth chart slot. For short yardage situations, have a specific RB or FB as the tail back in these situations. (2 yards and closer)

-Have a penalty attribute for players.

-More realistic penalties, with animations to show the actual penalty.

-Awareness effects players abilities to perform during the game. With crowd noise also effecting low awareness players. This is geared towards false starts and off sides. Crowd nois effects the game in real life, lets get it in the game.

These are just a few of the things that I think would take the Madden franchise over the top. Let me know what you think.

-Equipment hasn't been touched in a while so update that

-DB/WR jostling and animations

-Sam and Will linebackers

-Gap assignments

-nothing specific but I feel like we should have a lot more animations.

Player names on sideline players jerseys (with actual equipment, sock length & accessories)

Real Living Worlds with cheerleaders + woman & children in the crowd

Cleaned up Infinity Engine (still seeing ball carriers arms bend behind their back with the ball)

Get rid of player morphing/clipping with players walking right through players after plays

True Step for all 22 players on the field including referees

Improved presentation ala 2K5

Better commentary

Signature ball carrying/running styles

Body catch animations

True gang tackling

And that's just off the top of my head.........

Watching the Cin v. NE game. Sunday Night, Monday Night, Thursday Night, and Playoff Games should affect low awareness players. Looks like Dalton is shrinking under pressure. Solid coaches should be able to offset the awareness drop!

I also like the mention of revamped true step.

We really need O-line and D-line injuries

There needs to be a change to the kicking game. I wouldn't be mad at it being computer controlled, with the make or miss being according to ratings!

Formation subs in connected careers in the menu before the game.

Defensive assignments!!!!!

Knee braces!

ARM SLEEVES!!!!!

i agree with everything being posted I mean why are certain players allowed one arm sleeves but yet a lot of players wear them so why is the golden boy only coded for this? back in the ps2 days u could edit any players equipment and nothing was tied into just one player.


I also think its time like meantioned that the equipment gets updated the new nike gloves with team logo's have been out couple yrs now... even on the cover of 15..... but nowhere to be found in the game and again mouth pieces lots of players wear them again nowhere to be found in madden.


and EA had the morphing fixed but for some reason they added it back into madden?


I mean after all were on lastest consoles and yet still seeing morphing/gliding in the game? nothing kills the game like watching a cb etc reach through your wr, te, rb body and grabbing the int.


or else having green field in front u and watching a cb who u left in dust magically glide without moving feet 20+ yards to catch up and tackle u from behind.


I think its times for new codes for a lot of these things that's the problem we using new consoles yet playing with codes that were brought out for madden back on the old gen days of ps1 and ps2.

I want to add progressive weather and progressive lighting that actually represents time of the year and daylight savings. It would be sweet to play games that had times of sun and clouds and then rain and 4 pm games in December that were dark by games end. It's a detail that would add to the experience

- Show the freaking year and team next to player career stats and rewards. I hate that they don't show what year guys made the pro bowl and won awards.

No, that's NOT too much to ask. Would be extremely easy to implement.

PENALTIES!

Half the games I play, there are ZERO penalties. In almost all, there are 1 or 2 at most.
