I'm a few days late to the game this year and haven't had much time to monitor the forums so I would appreciate some help.

Did they do away with 2KShare on Ps4?

If not then
where do I find user created shared files. Namely sliders. Any help would be appreciated.

unfortunately , they took away created players and only thing you can do is download/upload rosters... It's in options.
